Delivery Information
Products are normally available from stock and are despatched within 24 hrs of receipt of your order. Delivery to UK mainland addresses normally takes up to 2 working days depending on choice of courier. A customer signature is required on all deliveries. Any stated delivery date constitutes only a warranty by the Seller to use reasonable endeavours to effect delivery, by or about that date.

Pricing and descriptions Product descriptions, prices and promotions shown on this website should only be used as a guide and the Seller reserves the right to vary them without notice. Images are provided to help customers recognise products. All prices quoted exclude taxes and delivery costs.

  • Returns - Goods should be inspected immediately on arrival. Any damaged or faulty goods, details must be notified to the Seller and the Carrier giving full details in writing with within 3 days. The goods and all packaging must be retained for inspection by the Seller. Any notifications of damaged or faulty goods will be dealt with as soon as is reasonably practicable. To confirm delivery of goods, we recommend using a signed for, insured return delivery method. The Seller is not respospable for return goods lost or damaged in transit.


  • Faulty Goods - All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded within 30 days of verification.
  • Cancellations - Any goods returned for credit having been correctly supplied to the buyers requirements will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Goods must be returned within 3 days and must be new, unused and complete with original packaging. Refunds for cancellations will be paid within 30 days of return of goods.

We will personally deal with all complaints as soon as possible and will keep you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Methods of Payment
You can make a secure payment by credit card using our Secure Server and Shopping Cart. We won't charge your credit card until the items are despatched.
